Meet Jill Yeates

I am a client-centered therapist with over 19 years of experience. I received my Master of Social Work at the University of Houston.
I strive to create an environment that fosters growth and change. I am knowledgable about the biological, emotional, relational and spiritual aspects of mental health. I have both compassion and respect for the complexity of these factors in your life. I specialize in trauma and addiction but welcome you, wherever you happen to be on your journey. I am a Brainspotting and Certified EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) therapist. I frequently work from a cognitive behavioral and solution-focused perspective. I also incorporate DBT into my therapeutic approach.
I believe the answers are within us. My goal is to help you trust your intuition, connect with your inner Self and experience life as the adventure it's meant to be.
Individual, Couples and Group therapy offered.
Individual session:
$135/ 55 minute session
$175/ 90 minute session
Couple session:
$155/ 55 minute session
$200/ 90 minute session
