Having worked in school social work and hospice care before transitioning to private practice, Jill brings a diverse background of compassionate care to her practice. Specializing in trauma healing, Jill utilizes Brainspotting and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients process and heal from trauma. In addition to these modalities, she blends Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to create a comprehensive, holistic approach to therapy.

With 18 years of experience counseling children, adults, and the elderly, Jessica specializes in helping individuals navigate Grief and Bereavement, Chronic Disabilities, OCD, and Adjustment challenges. Jessica also has extensive experience working with clients facing Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, and issues specific to the elderly. A lifelong passion for the field comes from Jessica's deep belief that the mind, body, and spirit have the innate ability to heal at any age and at any stage of life. This belief informs the genuine presence and care Jessica offers clients in therapy.
From an early age, Jessica was captivated by the different modalities available to help people cope with life’s challenges.
