What is your cancellation policy?
To avoid a $75 fee, please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. No-shows and cancellations made within 2 hours of your scheduled session will be charged the full session rate.
Do you accept insurance?
Jill is an out-of-network provider and does not bill insurance directly. For BCBS and Optum clients, a superbill can be provided upon request to submit for potential reimbursement. We recommend comfieming your out-of-network benefits before your first session.
How does payment work?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and FSA/HSA. A $4 processing fee applies to card payments. Your card will be billed within 24-48 hours of your session.
